** Starting today I am going to upload all the mixes on sharebee.com. This way you can download the mix using different host sites. You can click on the picture for the sharebee link, or click on the zshare link for those of you who prefer to use zshare (which I know is many of you). I'm doing this to protect against another zshare crash so that I don't have to re-up all the mixes again.
While I'm talking about uploading, can anybody explain to me why people use rar. files instead of just using a zip. file? Is this a mass web conspiracy to cause pipo endless frustration? Or, is there some intelligent reason why some of you use rar. files?

ReplyDeleteim sure you already know this, but the funky pres has #7 on his site, you should work on 2-6 cause this is a good collection that i know very little about.... and rar files suck and they usually go through rapidshare which is the worst downloading site in the world, its all about the zip
ReplyDeleteI saw that J.Rocc posted vol. 6. I liked the track selection, but he didn't all mix all that much. I've got volumes 1-5 (didn't even know there was a six until he mentioned it on his blog). I'll post the remaining volumes in the near future.

Good looking out. J-Rocc makes the best mixes period. And Tasters Choice are some of the best he's done. I'm kinda partial to 1 and 5 but I'm definitely feeling 7. 4 was an unfinished reggae mix, but what was 6? I missed that one.
ReplyDeleteShareBee is the shii. ZShare is fickle. And I use Rar files because WinRar defaults to Rar files, though I could change it to Zip, but I'm too lazy.

ReplyDeleteWINRAR because you can create and save as an RAR or ZIP and it opens many more extensions like ISO's and JAR's.
And it gives you more compression features than WINZIP
winrar is better for me because you can browse ISO images
winrar, better compression method, better adjustements and ability to have many same name files
