“Stranger Things”, “Halloween III”, and The New Rise of 80s Synth Music

Yesterday, I tweeted a question asking why the Netflix show, Stranger Things has inspired so many mixes/remixes/edits.  Now, four episodes into the Goonies meets Twin Peaks, meets Poltergeist, series; I think I've been able to answer my own question.  The 80s driven soundtrack and score of the series are phenomenal.  Here's an excellent article discussing the recent renaissance of 80's synthesizer inspired music.  Read HERE.
