Narco raps over Donuts' tracks; Pipomixed and stoned-out. Second thank you mix to close-out Dilla Month in appreciation of all those who copped the "Narcos, Gods, & Fly Gods" tape. Thank you, once again.
Cocaine Donuts - Mixed by Pipomixes
Back in Hell Megamix - Mixed by DJ Bacon
If you appreciate and enjoy intricately crafted megamixes, this mix is for you. Highly Recommended.
The year is 2030 ... New York rap heroes and global superstars RUN-DMC are stuck back in hell more than 40 years after raising it - Locked In a rock / rap battle with Aussie rock gods AC/DC. The bands battle lyrics and raps over heavy guitar riffs and big 808 beats as DJ Bacon cuts on his trusty Technics 1200's..... Its Hells Bells vs Raising Hell... Back in Black Vs Proud to be Black.
Australian DJ / producer and megamix veteran DJ Bacon goes on another epic mission mashing up two of his favourite albums into one 7 minute hell beast. Using ONLY samples from 2 albums - AC / DC "Back in Black" and RUN DMC "Raising Hell" he manipulates over 100 guitar riffs, loops, scratches, kicks, snares and samples to serve up the dopest thing you've heard this year.
This is the third in a series of DJ Bacon megamixes... the previous two have gained international recognition and love from the likes of ICE-T, Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, Beat Junkies, Q-Bert and many more. Check 'RUN-BST" & "Fear Of An O.G" here on bandcamp.
"Back in Hell" goes one step further than the previous 2 megamixes with just 2 albums used - not the artists whole catalogue. Amazingly - a sample from every track on each of the 2 albums appears in the mix.
This is a strictly not for profit... more

85 Live (Tha Roadium Swapmeet Tapes) - Mixed by Dr. Dre
PSA post for those that don't know how ahead of their time Dre's mixes were. Always surprised to discover how many hardcore heads don't know about the Roadium mixtapes.
DJ Platurn: Breaking the Ice Mini-Documentary
Breaking the Ice is an extended mix of rare—mostly never before heard—Icelandic tracks that are heavily underscored with psych, funk, soul, disco, and in-the-pocket rhythms, all of which are expertly mixed by renowned DJ and turntablist, DJ Platurn. The music presented has been compiled through a lifetime of collecting, while others have been passed down through Platurn’s familial, musical roots. Delroy Edwards - Studio Mix
This mix considerably different from the mixes normally posted on the blog. I'm not really sure how to describe the music in the mix other than it's music that I normally don't listen to. However, I LIKE IT. Most of all, I love the dirty, grimy sound that accompanies everything Delroy Edwards does.
Dre Day L.A.: DJ Battlecat and J. Rocc (Extended Video)
Found some extended video of J. Rocc on the 1s&2s, and Battlecat putting in work on those keys. Much love to all those with attention spans beyond one minute.
Dre Day L.A. - J. Rocc and DJ BattleCat
J. Rocc and DJ BattleCat rocked the 2x4s (with BattleCat on a plethora of instruments as well) in celebration of Dr. Dre's birthday. None of the videos (and there are many after the jump) are great, but they're good enough where you get the idea of what you missed if you weren't there.

J. Dilla + Michael Jackson = Share My Bed - J. Rocc
A project I started years ago but never finished. Here are some of the tracks that are completed.
About the title:
J Dilla once said he was gong to make an album of him singing. The cover was a picture of him like Michael Jackson on "Thriller". The title of the LP was going to be "Share My Bed".
Valentine$ Day Ma$$acre - Mixed by DJ Sheep
raerGROOVE.com present:
"VALENTINE$ DAY MA$$ACRE"
Happy Valentines Day and a hoe hoe hoe. Here's a new mix for all you funky, dirty, money-hungry, scandalous, stuck-up, hair piece contact wearing beotchez!
WARNING: This is most ign'ant, offensive and vulgar mix conceived yet, I hope it brings back some memories for those who lived through the era of "real rap". Super XXX-Rated.
The "SUMMER SPLIFFZ" trilogy is up next: back on that diggin' shit.
