With all the fanfare surrounding funk groups like Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings these days, I'm surprised the Breakestra isn't getting more love. Their live mixtape albums still get mad burn in my car. If the Breakestra ever comes to a town near you, do yourself a favor and see them live.
