Science OF Sound Mix - Mixed by The Gaff

I missed this the first time around. As with all Gaff mixes, excellent stuff.

This mix ran out of Downloads on my personal account so here you go! IT was made for the 10 year anniversary of The Rub in Brooklyn NY, in 2012.
I had actually just finished working on the Soul Sisters Stand Up mix with Skratch Bastid and was playing this event the following night of our release party Toronto to Brooklyn.
All the skills I learnt while making SSSU, i put em to good use here, and in a short 25 minutes, this mix is one of my favorites I've made to this day! WORD

Funk the World 13 - Mixed by The Gaff

"Wow! When I was asked to contribute to Fort Knox's Epic 'Funk The World' series, I was ecstatic! Given a month time to work on it, the pressure was on! Taking Fans 'around the world' through a musical journey is one of my favourite ways to flaunt obscure sounds. Within these 45 minutes, you'll hear Funk Drums, Latin Melodies & Rhythms, Lebanese Funk, Afrobeat, Brazilian, Latin Jazz, African Funk, Cumbia, and of course, since it's 'Fort Knox'; BREAKBEATS! Much of this is recorded from the original vinyl, and you'll hear a grip of exclusive edits & blends to this mix! Enjoy!"

The Sciece of Sound - Mixed by The Gaff

This is a high quality mix that I highly recommend you listen to. Description below.

Alright, SO. This is a MIx I made especially for The Rub in Brooklyn as they have their 10 year anniversary to the day, the day I happen to be playing There. The Planets 'aligned' so to speak lol. To have ANY monthly club night for 10 years is amazing, let alone NYC.
Dj Ayres, Cosmobaker & DJ Eleven created a movement/party that is world renowned. I'm honored to be a part of it July 28th 2012, with Dj Ayres, Dj Eleven, & JUST BLAZE.
