I Love the 80's - Mixed by Jake Ryan

It's not the saddest thing in the world, but it's a shame that I have to wonder whether this mix was made with 2 turntables and a mixer being the primary platform. If it was, than I just paid Jake Ryan a big compliment. If it was not, it's just aigh't.  I think deejays (including myself) who are rockin' turntables need to do a few more "live" elements that clarify to the listener that the mix may be clean, but it's a human being doing the mixing..

got this off the description on soundcloud:

Another mix dusted off from the Dj Diverse vault! I recorded this right around the first of 2000. Like "Late Night Sessions" I made this with all 12" vinyl and a few album cuts. No Serato and Hot Cues. Just 2 turntables, a mixer, and a stack of vinyl. However this is the updated version. I decided to layer some Jake Ryan tags/drops over the original mix so it will have a little more identity when you listen to it.

looks like its by Dj Diverse, & he did only use "2 turntables, a mixer, and a stack of vinyl"
