Randomly stumbled upon this gem of a break mix. Highly Recommended.
Bastard breaks was a series of breaks mix tapes that i did starting in 1999. The reason i did these breaks tapes was mainly because i was sick of hearing breaks mix tapes with the same ol same ol breaks on them, and i knew i had tons of breaks that hadn't really been heard before, so i got busy. I recorded this in 2002 i think and theres tons of dope ish on this from libraries, to rare bits, to UK breaks,Electro, Pop, Soul, Funk... and some bits you'd know...
Oh yeah, this mix also features a guest from Beni G from the then mixologists, now Jack Beats fame, who jumps on for a quick cut....ENJOY
