Mini Mega Mix - Mixed by Mike 2600

This is very much a guilty pleasures mix, but it is flawlessly executed.
15 jam-packed minutes of boogie and smoothed-out space disco, all cut and pasted with style and finesse. It's like orbiting the solar system in a cyber-yacht.
Features music from Fleetwood Mac, Lipps Inc, Jellybean, Unlimited Touch, Diana Ross, and many others.

Cut Class and Eat Paste - Mike 2600

I'm not sure how this mix was done. I don't know if this was all done with Cool Edit, or whether it was mixed beforehand and then edited in Cool Edit. Either way, the end product is absolute dope dope dope.
I made this mix in the Summer of 2003. It was recorded entirely on Cool Edit on my friend Joe Schanz's computer at his house in St. Louis. At the time, I was incredibly fascinated with the cut & paste records of the late 1980s and this was my extended dedication to those fast-paced kitchen sink collages of funk, drum breaks, and oddball samples. ✄

Man, You Been Doin' All This Dope Producin' - Mixed by Mike 2600

Beats by Dre, samples flipped by Dre or some producer who wasn't given credit for flippin' the sample. Either way, a highly recommended mix.
